General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Green Bunch, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

Products

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or plants of similar value if the specified variety is unavailable.

Images shown are representative only. Due to the natural variation in flowers and plants, the actual product may differ slightly from the image.

Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Order confirmation will be sent via email. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of ordering.

Delivery

We deliver Monday to Saturday within our delivery zones. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on non-delivery days will be delivered on the next available business day.

If no one is home to receive the delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place where possible, or attempt to deliver to a neighbour.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
